Order / Sales Policy:
Goods delivered to customers remain the property of the seller until the full invoiced amount of the goods has been received by the seller.This means Orders will not be delivered until payment has been confirmed.
All sales of products are final.
Prices for products offered by the Services may change at any time. Orders placed on Thursday will be processed and confirmed on the following business day.
Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days.
After you submit your order, you will receive an email reviewing the items in your order within 48 hours. Please note that once submitted, orders cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason.

When do we deliver?
Delivery Date: 2-3 Business days after order processing for available stock. Unavailable stock requires at least an average of 4 to 8 weeks. Customized orders fall under unavailable stock. For shipments to countries outside the MENA region, delivery date requires an additional 2 to 4 weeks
Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return.
Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days after Delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, and in original package.
• Items must include original receipt, invoice.
• Delivery charges are not refundable.
Faulty products (fault caused by manufacturing reasons and not by the customer), are subject for replacement and or return. Some items once sold cannot be returned or replaced if used.
